The Facts: Henne doesn't currently have any challengers for his job. He expects that to possibly change, though. “Absolutely I think every QB unless you’re Tom Brady or Peyton Manning or Aaron Rodgers has to compete in each and every camp before the season starts," Henne told WQAM Radio in Miami. "So, I believe I’m going to compete and do whatever I can to become that starter again."
Diehards Line:Following a shaky season last year, Henne believes he needs to be more consistent to hold onto the job and be a more successful QB. He'll have to improve in other areas, too. ... Henne, who has been leading informal player workouts for months to stay ready for whenever the lockout ends, also claims to have moved past his issues with WR Brandon Marshall. “Yeah I mean Brandon and I it’s a tough relationship obviously with a receiver and a QB, but there’s some scuffles that go on at times," Henne said. "But at the end of the day we put it behind us and we try to go out on the field and do the best we can and jell together and make some big plays out there. ...” Assuming he's the starter this fall, Henne (and Fantasy Football owners) will definitely need to be on the same page as Marshall to hold onto the job.
