He added that the team will likely reach out to Burress’ agent to talk.

Diehards Line:While they're likely to talk to Burress, all involved seem to believe he would be best served by plying his trade outside the harsh spotlight of the New York media. Given his past issues -- including his strained relationship with HC Tom Coughlin -- we'd be surprised if the Giants do more than talk.
