The Facts: Moreno faces drunk driving charges after getting pulled over by Denver Police on Feb. 1, FOX31 Denver has learned. According to the citation, Moreno, 24, was driving a Bentley convertible when he was pulled over for going as fast as 70 miles per hour in a construction zone. The posted speed limit was 45 mph. The officer smelled alcohol and Moreno did poorly on a roadside sobriety test. Police say they administered breath test, arrested Moreno for DUI, and then took him to detox. Police say Moreno was “very respectful and polite."
