The Facts: Blackmon was arrested on a complaint of aggravated DUI early Sunday in Stillwater, according to the Payne County Jail. Blackmon, 22, was booked into jail about 10 a.m., the jail reported. No further details were immediately available.

In October of 2010, Blackmon was arrested in Carrollton, Texas after attending a Cowboys game on Monday Night Football. Blackmon did not have permission to attend the game and was suspended for one game by Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy. As NFL.com reminded readers this morning, the Jaguars traded up with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to select Blackmon with the No. 5 pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. Blackmon has yet to sign his rookie contract, which is expected to be worth around $18.5 million in fully guaranteed money.
