Diehards Line:As PFT's Mike Florio suggests, in Palmer’s case, a restructuring would be more along the lines of a steep pay cut. Palmer is due to earn a base salary of $13 million in 2013. Two weeks ago, we pointed out on Pro Football Talk that Palmer could face a reduction similar to Mike Vick’s new deal, which dropped from a base salary of $15.5 million to a maximum package of $10 million, if the Eagles win the Super Bowl and if Vick takes 90 percent of the snaps this season.
