The Facts: Bell’s NFL regular-season debut could come Sunday in London. According to Jay Glazer of FOXSports, the winless Steelers are “planning to play” their rookie tailback against 0-3 Minnesota on Sunday.

Diehards Line: Bell has missed the Steelers’ first three regular-season games with a foot injury. Glazer reported the Steelers were inclined to sit Bell through their Week Five bye, but the second-round pick from Michigan State has healed quicker than expected. As PFT's Mike Wilkening notes, with Bell out, the Steelers have employed a committee approach in the backfield, with Felix Jones, Isaac Redman and Johnathan Dwyer getting the most work. Dwyer led the Steelers with 39 yards on 12 carries in Pittsburgh’s 40-23 loss to Chicago on Sunday night.
