Diehards Line:Farmer, for one, wasn't surprised that Hoyer played well and went 3-0 in his three starts before suffering a torn anterior cruciate ligament. The fact the Browns have Hoyer means they're not desperate to take a quarterback with their No. 4 pick -- but it also doesn't rule it out.
