Diehards Line:Commonwealth attorney Gerald Poindexter and sheriff Harold Brown refused to execute a warrant last week based on information from a police informant to search for up to 30 dog carcasses buried on the property. Poindexter and Brown both said this week that the warrant could be re-issued and the search executed. Federal authorities have reached that point and it appears Poindexter is no longer in charge. ...
