The Facts:
Winslow's ill-fated motorcycle accident will reach a conclusion when the Browns' tight end pleads no contest to a minor misdemeanor charge of failure to control his vehicle. The reduced charge will cost him $150 and two points on his Ohio driver's license, as opposed to four with the original charge.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Of course, the legal ramifications of the accident were the least of Winslow's concerns. In addition to the torn ACL that will cost him the 2005 season, Winslow's contract -- which forbids motorcycling -- means the Browns can recoup as much as $10.44125 million in bonuses contained in the contract and may have already recouped $5.05 million already paid to former first-round pick. A scheduled payment of $2 million due Friday might also be withheld by the team.
