The Chiefs finished a busy week at the negotiating table Friday by agreeing to contract terms with the last two of their unsigned draft picks, including Oregon's Parker.

Parker was one of the fastest receivers available in the draft, and the Chiefs put a premium on skill players with his kind of speed. The Star went on to suggest that a good showing in camp could allow Parker to work his way into the rotation behind starters Eddie Kennison and Johnnie Morton and top reserves Dante Hall and Marc Boerigter.
