The Facts:
The Rams expect this year's first-round pick to be under contract and in attendance when training camp opens Tuesday. Rams president of football operations Jay Zygmunt met three times with Jackson's agent last week and said: "This deal will get done; the only question is when. I would expect this to be done before the start of camp."
