The Facts:
The Titans agreed to terms the fourth-round pick Monday, but GM Floyd Reese still has lots of work to do before training camp opens Friday. Six of the team's 11 draft picks still don't have deals. As for Williams, the wide receiver out of Tulane agreed to terms on a four-year deal. Terms were not immediately known.

Williams was taken out of Tulane with the 136th pick. He set the Conference USA record for touchdowns receiving with 35 and ran a 4.48 in the 40. ... The Titans' lack of depth on the outside all but guarantees that Williams as well as fellow rookies Brandon Jones and Courtney Roby all get very long looks in camp.
