The Facts:
Pennington, who participated in his first practice passing drills since undergoing shoulder surgery last January, looked sharp as he threw approximately 35 passes during the session. All were in the short to medium range. "He threw the ball pretty good," Herman Edwards said. "The more he participates, the more he will get a feel for what he can do. He’s going to continue to get better."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Pennington still has to work on his strength, conditioning, timing with receivers and getting the offense down. But he plans on doing all that during camp to be ready for the season opener at Kansas City. In the meantime, he's reportedly satisfied to work without pain.
