The Facts:
Campbell tore an ACL in December and underwent surgery, an injury that once sidelined players for a year or more. To get back on the field in eight months is a credit to modern science, the Bills doctors and trainers, and Campbell, who did the work. "I'm absolutely ecstatic to be playing football," he said.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Bills players are under orders from coach Mike Mularkey this season not to discuss their injuries with the media, so Campbell declined to say how his knee felt. Backup tight end Tim Euhus, who also underwent ACL surgery, also was able to take part in the team's first practice.
