The Facts:
The Lions have agreed to a deal with Williams, the team's first-round pick. Terms of the contract are for five years at $13.5 million, $10.5 million of which is guaranteed. Williams led the Trojans in receiving yards (1,314) and touchdowns (16) as a sophomore in 2003, but has not played competitive football since.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
In addition to falling a bit behind -- the Lions opened camp last Thursday, Steve Mariucci claims the team will continue to rely on standard two-back, two-receiver sets more often than not. "We have more receivers available to do more (three-wide formations) but we're not going to make wholesale changes and become a three-wide receiver team necessarily," Mariucci said. It'll be interesting to see if that's stll the case now that Williams is on board.
