NFL fans in Tokyo can expect to see the Colts' regulars for just a few series in Saturday's American Bowl game against Atlanta. "We'd like to get 15 plays or so for our first offense and we'd like to get a little more than that for our first defense," Tony Dungy said after Tuesday morning's final training camp workout. The team departed for Tokyo from Indianapolis late Tuesday afternoon.

If recent history is an indicator, Peyton Manning, Marvin Harrison and Edgerrin James won't play for more than two or three offensive series. In last year's preseason opener, the first-team offense played just six plays, both three-and-outs. Manning completed 3-of-4 passes and James carried twice. ... Look for more of the same Saturday.
