The Facts:
Following Thursday morning's practice, Andy Reid said that he did send Owens home until next Wednesday, August 17th. Reid said that it was an "in-house" dispute that led to Owens being sent home. "I did send him home. He's expected to return next Wednesday," Reid said. "It's in-house business and it's going to stay in-house. I'll work it out with T.O. I'm not going to sit here and turn it into a bash session."

As for Owens' future with the Eagles, Reid gave the we'll wait-and-see approach. "I'm not going to go into that right now," Reid said. "We'll see how time goes on. ..." Meanwhile, Reggie Brown continues to work as the starter opposite Greg Lewis with T.O. suspended and Todd Pinkston already on IR.
