The Facts:
Brown said Sunday he expects to sign a contract today, ending a three-week holdout. A source close to the negotiations also confirmed plans for today's meeting with team officials. "It's pretty much finalized," Brown said. If negotiations move quickly, Brown could join the team in time to take part in this afternoon's practice.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Already behind after missing the first three weeks of training camp and two exhibition games, Brown will start out behind Lamar Gordon, Sammy Morris, Travis Minor and Ricky Williams. If he begins practice today, Brown will still be able to compete in the three remaining exhibition games with just under a month to learn the system before the start of the regular season.
