The Facts:
Moss admits he has used marijuana since entering the NFL seven years ago and still smokes it on occasion. "I have used, you know, marijuana. ... Since I've been in the league," Moss said in an interview for HBO's "Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel" scheduled to air Tuesday night. "But as far as abusing it and, you know, letting it take control over me, I don't do that, no."

Moss has never been suspended for violating the league's drug policy and NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said it is confidential whether the receiver is in the drug program or not. ... Stay tuned. We'll undoubtedly be hearing more about this one.

Might I suggest that the next time you feel the urge to divulge scandalous tidbits to the media - chew gum instead! This may be a non-issue to you, but it has just raised a huge red flag within the NFL. We'd love to see you for all 16 games this season, especially those who drafted you this year. Multi-game suspensions for violations of the league's drug abuse policy are not very comforting to fantasy owners. PLEASE... put down the chronic and step away from the Snoop Dogg!
