Buckhalter visited Dr. James Andrews in Alabama on Monday and anxiously awaited word on his injured right knee. As of late Tuesday, he and the Eagles are still waiting. There was no update from the team after Tuesday's practice, so the picture is still murky considering Buckhalter's next move.

Buckhalter suffered the injury during training camp. The injury was initially announced as a contusion of the knee. However, after a few days during which there was no apparent healing, the Eagles decided to have Buckhalter visit Dr. Andrews. After another couple of weeks of rehab, Buckhalter again visited Dr. Andrews. ... We'll continue to follow this one closely and bring you any developments the minute they come to our attention -- but it ain't looking good.
