The Facts:
The Packers will determine the full extent of the injury today through diagnostic tests. However, team physician Patrick McKenzie told Mike Sherman that it was the dreaded torn ACL, which will require reconstructive surgery and anywhere from a 6-to-12 month rehabilitation. "Guys have to step up and replace a very high quality player," Sherman said. "I doubt he’ll be back any time in the near future."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Without Walker, the starting flanker, Donald Driver will move from split end to flanker and Robert Ferguson will start at split end. Wide receiver might have been the deepest position on the roster, with rookie Terrence Murphy and Antonio Chatman as backups. Craig Bragg, a sixth-round draft choice from UCLA, is on the practice squad and available for activation.
