The Facts:
Already playing with a bruised chest and groin injury, McNabb has an abdominal strain that may not heal until after the season. Andy Reid said the Eagles were concerned McNabb had a sports hernia, a tear in the abdominal area that likely would have needed surgery. Instead, the Eagles will likely have to limit McNabb's reps in practice. "We'll see how he does the next week,'' Reid said.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
While McNabb, coming off a 5-TD effort last week, winced on many plays, the injuries hardly affected his numbers as he threw for 365 yards and a pair of touchdowns against Oakland. Still, he plans to seek more tests to make sure the injury is nothing worse than an abdominal strain. "We're trying to make sure we get the right answers," McNabb said. ... Of course, we'll bring you those answers as the week progresses.
