The Facts:
A day after booting the game-winning field goal, Akers learned Monday that he has a tear in his right hamstring. "He's going to most likely miss this week," Andy Reid said in his day-after press conference. Akers apparently tore his right hamstring on the game's opening kickoff and spent the first half on the bench. He actually tore it in a spot lower than his original injury.
