McNabb, who entered Sunday's game with an abdominal strain and chest contusion, suffered a shin contusion. However, despite the injuries, Andy Reid at this point is optimistic McNabb will be able to play Sunday against the Chiefs.

The coach doesn't necessarily believe
reports indicating McNabb will have to fight through these injuries for the remainder of the season. When asked if he thought it would be beneficial to rest McNabb a few weeks and get him ready for the stretch run, Reid said: "I don't think we're at that point."
