On Monday, head coach Herm Edwards announced that he is preparing quarterback Brooks Bollinger to start next Sunday's game against the Ravens. Chad Pennington and Jay Fiedler will undergo MRI's today and an announcement on their status will be made on Tuesday. Reported by NewYorkJets.com

Fiedler has already said he won't be able to play this week; Pennington is taking a more positive approach. But until MRI results come in tomorrow, Edwards won't go any further than conceding he'll need to look at possible free agent additions at the position.
