The Facts:
NFL Network insider Adam Schefter, reporting live on "Total Access" moments ago is reporting that the MRI performed on Pennington today revealed a torn rotator cuff in his right (throwing) shoulder). Pennington will travel to Alabama to meet with renowned orthepedic surgeon James Andrews, who operated on the shoulder early this year, for a second opinion. If Andrews agrees with the current view, the team would announce -- perhaps as early as tomorrow -- that Pennington's season is over.
