The Facts:
Davenport earned the game ball from Mike Sherman after his two-touchdown performance. He probably won't get his hands on another ball this season. Davenport, in his second career start, broke his right ankle after being dragged down from behind by linebacker Courtney Watson on a 2-yard reception with 2:40 left in the first half. "More than likely, the seriousness of this would take away his season this year," Sherman said. "That's very unfortunate. He was playing well at the time."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Davenport, in the final year of his contract, is eligible for free agency after the season. He started in place of the injured Ahman Green, who said he should return after the upcoming bye week. Third-down back Tony Fisher, who has carried nine times for 18 yards this season, will back him up.
