The Facts:
Green went down in the fourth quarter of Sunday's loss to the Vikings and there were indications the injury could be serious. "[Green] re-injured his quad tendon severely," Mike Sherman said. "We have to evaluate that when we get back and make a decision on that at some point tomorrow."

Green is scheduled to undergo extensive examinations today, But a tear to the quadriceps tendon would be a season-ending -- and perhaps career-damaging -- injury. ...
