The Facts:
Tests showed ligament damage to Kennison's right wrist. He'll undergo further examination to reveal its extent. "We know he has a ligament problem, and we know that he has a very hot spot on the bone," head coach Dick Vermeil said. "He'll be laid up for a little while."

Vermeil wouldn't be more specific about a timetable for Kennison's return. Marc Boerigter took Kennison's spot in the starting lineup in practice. We'll continue to monitor this one, but at this point there's no reason to believe the injury is serious.
