Although Julius Jones will play tonight against Philadelphia, rookie Marion Barber will start, a source said. Jones, who has missed the past three games with a high left ankle sprain, has practiced the past two weeks and is expected to get significant playing time. But Parcells has been adamant all season about wanting to split the carries between at least two runners.
