The Facts:
Owens' immediate future will be decided by noon on Wednesday, ESPN's Chris Mortenson reported. Arbitrator Richard Bloch has notified both the Eagles and Terrell Owens' representatives that a decision about Owens' status with the team will be decided then.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Owens' side argued his four-game suspension is excessive and the Eagles' plan to deactivate him once that time is up is far too severe a penalty. If Bloch rules the Eagles have to reinstate Owens, the team might be forced to allow him to practice and use their facility but they don't have to play him.
