The Facts:
Martin left Sunday's game against the Texans after taking a blow to the head. He slowly got up and walked off the field on his own as the punting unit came onto the field. Rams officials said Martin's return was questionable.

Ryan Fitzpatrick, a rookie from Harvard, replaced Martin and saw his first NFL action in the second quarter. Martin was starting in place of Marc Bulger, who is out indefinitely with a shoulder injury.
