The Facts:
Davone Bess provided us with a quick Marshall update while making an appearance Thursday morning with Joe Rose on WQAM-560. Bess said that Marshall, whose wife has been arrested twice in connection with a late-April incident in which the receiver was stabbed in the abdomen, hasn't attended any of the Dolphins' player-organized workouts during the lockout.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
But Bess said Marshall is still preparing for the 2011 season. "He's going through a lot right now, and everybody understands that," Bess said. But "he's definitely been learning the information. Chad's been giving him the information; I've talked to him a few times, going over a lot of the concepts, a lot of the routes. ..." Hey, missing work in the offseason has been the norm for Marshall dating back to his days in Denver. Fantasy Football owners shouldn't be any more worried this offseason than they have in the past. In fact, with pretty much everybody limited to player-organized workouts as opposed to the usual organized team activities, Marshall might actually be a step ahead of his usual pace.
