The Facts:
Following up on
an ongoing story. ... Johnson is still being politically correct about his desire for a new contract. After being so outspoken about wanting a new lucrative deal last offseason -- and not getting one -- the RB is remaining low key this time around. But make no mistake: Johnson wants a new deal, and he won’t show up for training camp without one.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
So wrote Tennessean staffer Jim Wyatt after speaking to Johnson this morning. Wyatt went on to remind readers that year ago, Johnson received what amounted to a $1.5 million pay raise, when the Titans moved up money he’d earned in escalators from 2012 to 2010, and added some incentives. When he finally reported for training camp, Johnson – who had $30 million in guarantees in mind — said it wouldn’t happen again. Right now, the Titans can’t do anything about his deal. When the lockout is lifted, it’s going to be interesting to see if the Titans will budge this time around, because Wyatt doesn’t get the sense Johnson will. Based on the
previous item alone, it's obviously a situation of great interest to Fantasy Football owners. We'll be watching it closely.
