The Facts:

an ongoing story. ... Collins would love to return to the Titans. The 39-year-old thinks Jake Locker could learn from him, but don’t take Collins the wrong way. “If I came back, I’d come back to be a starter,” Collins told Jim Wyatt of the Nashville Tennessean. ”But [Locker's] a kid who could learn from a guy like me. Hopefully he’d watch what I do and take lessons.”

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
As PFT's Gregg Rosenthal points out, of all the rookie first-round QBs, Locker may be the least ready to start in Week 1. Bringing back Collins makes some sense, but there's increasing chatter suggesting the Titans will make a run at Matt Hasselbeck, who might be a better stop-gap starter than Collins. With young and coming talent like Kenny Britt and Jared Cook in Tennessee's receiving corps, Fantasy Football owners will need to see how this one plays out once the lockout is lifted.
