The Facts:
Bell underwent surgery on his fractured right middle finger Sunday, one day after injuring the digit. The procedure involved placing two pins through the middle of Bell's injured finger in order to stabilize it. The finger will be immobilized for a few days, after which Bell will begin rehabilitation.
