The Facts:
Hillis has no intentions of taking a step back after gaining over 1,000 yards last season. Back home in Arkansas, Hillis drags trucks, cars and ATVs around for resistance training. He's also doing yoga and MMA training. "You can never get complacent," Hillis told the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Better still, Hillis is focused on cutting down his fumbles after having eight last season and losing five. "I'll carry a ball around with me all day and ask people to try to knock it out of my hand when I least expect it," Hillis said. "I'll give them some money and stuff so people get pretty geeked up about that. It just helps me to take care of the ball without even thinking about it. Sometimes they'll get it out, but most of the time they don't. ..." Worth noting, Hillis played through broken ribs for the final three games, demonstrating his toughness. "I broke them at the very beginning of the Cincinnati game and then aggravated them in the Baltimore game the next week," he said. "They were really bad in the last game against Pittsburgh, too. It was tough to cope with, but I did it because I wanted what's best for the team and I wanted to play for the guys. I wanted them to know how much the team meant to me, and I wanted to do them that favor. ..." Toughness is a characteristic Fantasy Football owners should keep in mind when considering RBs on draft day. So should an evolving offense (thanks to a coaching change) and the likely return of Montario Hardesty from last summer's season-ending knee injury.
