The Facts:
Franks was carted off the field on a stretcher Sunday and stayed overnight at a Philadelphia hospital to undergo tests and flew back on his own the next day. According to Mike Sherman, tests revealed that Franks had not suffered any serious damage and that the medical actions taken on the field were mostly precautionary because the spine was involved.
