The Facts:
Matt Bryant's status for this week's game against New Orleans is uncertain because of a sore right hamstring, prompting the Buccaneers to sign france to the practice squad Tuesday. Bryant was injured on the opening kickoff in Sunday's loss to Chicago. He kicked a 27-yard field goal in the first quarter, but missed a 29-yarder that would have tied the game with less than 3 minutes remaining.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Bryant beat out France for the Bucs' job in training camp. France performed well, though, converting all four of his field goal attempts during the preseason and subsequently was signed by Philadelphia when David Akers was injured. France filled in for Akers for three games, going 6-for-7 on field goals.
