The Facts:
Although HC John Fox forecasts a wide-open competition for the starting QB job, he acknowledged that he knows "deep down, I have an idea" who will emerge as the starter. "I've not seen those three QBs in one practice yet," Fox said. "We've got three QBs who have started games in this league. I know that QB is the top priority in Denver -- and there's a reason why they are so important because the great ones are so hard to find -- but I like the problem of having three to pick from."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
And with veteran Kyle Orton currently atop the depth chart and Fox saying, "I prefer a gamer to a good practice player, I want someone who will execute under pressure in a game," NFP staffer Aaron Wilson believes it sounds like the coach is leaning toward going with an established player like Orton rather than Tim Tebow or Quinn. Tebow ranks second ahead of Quinn. ... Adding to the intrigue, however, would be a Denver Post report suggesting that if Tebow wins the job, "don't be surprised if the Broncos run two out of every three plays. ..." In case it's not clear, all the above is speculation. The truth is Orton is the incumbent but Tebow is going to get his shot at the job. And if he does? We'll go out on a limb and say Fantasy Football owners can expect the second-year man to actually be allowed to throw some passes on occasion.
