Per the report, Hubbard’s vehicle struck a Buffalo police officer. The officer was treated at a nearby hospital and released. Hubbard was on the 53-man roster and practice squads last season and played in one game. The club said it is aware of the situation. As the NFP suggests, it could be Hubbard did serious harm to his career just before football is set to return.
