Early indications were that the Seahawks were one of Hasselbeck's considerations along with Arizona, San Francisco, Tennessee and Miami. In the early afternoon, Times staffer Danny O'Neil learned the Seahawks were no longer an option. ... Meanwhile, O’Neil subsequently reported on Twitter that Seattle has reached agreement with another QB, negating their offer for Hasselbeck. Tarvaris Jackson is the most likely candidate but nothing has been announced. No free agents can sign until Friday afternoon regardless of agreements made in advance.
