Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The deal reunites the 27-year-old QB with Bills coach Chan Gailey, who coached him in 2008 as Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator. Thigpen got pretty good reviews that season, even though he went 1-10 as a starter on a woeful Chiefs team. He passed for 18 touchdowns and 12 interceptions, and he had some big games. He threw for 320 yards in a 38-31 loss to Miami. He passed for 266 in a 20-19 loss to San Diego and for 280 yards in a 28-24 loss to the New York Jets. That said, incumbent starter Ryan Fitzpatrick is coming off a reasonably successful season. It's still safe to say the starting job is Fitzpatrick's to lose.
