Jackson is in the final year of his four-year rookie contract that is slated to pay him $565,000 in 2011. Michael Vick intimated to the media Tuesday that Jackson was no sure thing report to camp on time. “I spoke to DeSean [Monday] and tried to figure out what was going to happen,” Vick said. “I just don’t know. I’m just being realistic about the situation. It’s all in what DeSean wants. So hopefully he’ll be here. ...” Jackson had 47 receptions for 1,056 yards and six touchdowns in 2010 with three rushing scores and a most memorable punt return against the Giants last season. He has averaged 18.3 yards per catch in three seasons with Philadelphia, and has been selected to the Pro Bowl twice. Under the transition rules, players on teams that start camp Wednesday can report as late as Thursday without consequence.
