The Facts:
Frye will replace Trent Dilfer for the second straight week and make his first start on the road Sunday when Cleveland plays at Cincinnati. Earlier this week, coach Romeo Crennel said he would wait until game time to decide on a starter. However, he changed his mind and told the quarterbacks on Tuesday that Frye would start again.

Frye went 13-of-20 for 226 yards and two touchdowns in his first NFL start, a 20-14 loss Sunday to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Now the team reportedly wants to expose Frye to a tough road game before the end of the season. Dilfer has completed 199 of 333 passes for 2,321 yards with 11 TDs and 12 interceptions.
