Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The Ravens signed Bulger to a one-year, $3.8 million contract as insurance to Flacco. He didn't play a snap in the regular season. The only quarterbacks on the Ravens' roster are: Flacco, Tyrod Taylor, a rookie sixth-round pick; and Hunter Cantwell, a practice squad player from last year. Flacco has never missed a start in his three-year NFL career. ... Bulger emerged in the NFL when he took over as starter for an injured Kurt Warner in 2003, leading the Rams to a 12-4 record. He made the Pro Bowl that season and was a Pro Bowl reserve in 2006. Bulger threw for 22,814 yards, 122 touchdowns, and 93 interceptions in his career.
