McCluster's offensive role is less defined this season. His playing time as the extra receiver will decrease now that Steve Breaston and Jonathan Baldwin have signed and Jerheme Urban has returned from injury.

McCluster has been working with the running backs, but might not get much if any work there with Thomas Jones and Jamaal Charles ahead of him. So McCluster may wind up getting more return work than the other two. In the end, McCluster's best chance for playing time appears to be on special teams -- and possibly as a return man. Breaston and Javier Arenas are also in the mix for return roles.
