The decision came down to New York, Baltimore and Tennessee. Mason had previously suggested the decision might come down to the team he felt had the best chance to win immediately. That he went to the team with consecutive (albeit unsuccessful) trips to the AFC Championship game makes perfect sense. ... With Santonio Holmes and Plaxico Burress apparently locked into starting roles, Mason won't be asked to be a primary weapon. Nonetheless, the presence of a consistent No. 3 man could cut into the already-limited looks the other receivers -- including TE Dustin Keller -- might be expected to get.
