The doubt is based on an Indianapolis Star report wondering if the third-year receiver is going to be available for Sunday because of his lingering foot injury. Collie didn’t practice with the team last week and the Colts have been quiet about Collie’s status. As NFL.com suggests, his Fantasy value has already taken a hit ith the prospect of Manning missing time, but if his own injury issues resurface the issues will be magnified.
