Freeman left today's game briefly after suffering what the team reports was a cramp.

An interesting cramp in that it happened at the end of scramble in which Freeman's right shoulder and elbow were driven into the turf when he was taken down. Freeman got up and immediately headed for the locker room under his own power. He returned for the next series and appears to be playing without difficulty.
